Tevir Group Limited is a privately held investment group based in the Isle of Man. It has a growing investment portfolio that encompasses high value commercial and leisure developments in the Isle of Man and Europe. It also invests in joint ventures and start-up companies.

One of Tevir’s first projects on the island was refurbishing the building 55 Athol Street into a Grade A multi-tenant office, now home to several leading commercial companies including Tevir Group itself.

55 Athol Street offers predominantly open plan workspaces and provides a host of features to support employee wellbeing and active travel including a gym, changing rooms, bike store and breakout areas with coffee and water machines, and excellent levels of natural light. Compostable cups and recycling bins are used, together with artwork from local artists displaced throughout the building.

Additionally, the refurbishment included, a full comfort cooling system being installed throughout the building, lights on sensors to maximise efficiency as well as a replacement of the roof and window glazing to improve the energy efficiency of the building.

The building also offers car parking spaces situated on South Quay, including 6 EV charging points, the largest installation of EV charging points by a private landlord on island to date.

Tevir Group have undertaken significant investment into the site now known as Villiers Square, which consists of Villiers House, Clarendon House, Douglas 'Town Square' and a development plot. Villiers House, which is now home to Lloyds Bank International was also refurbished to enhance the energy efficiency of the building and prepare Lloyds Bank International’s occupancy.

Tevir regularly support Douglas Town Management with social activities and community events that can be held in Villiers Town Square such as a Manx Town Fair and Christmas Nativity.

Tevir has generously supported the refurbishment works of Hospice Isle of Man, the Tevir Centre at Hospice Isle of Man was officially opened in June 2021.

We are active on social media and intend to continue being actively involved with the community to help promote our activities and projects.
