UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man is one of 100 members of this network, launched in 2009 by UNESCO MAB Programme to foster sustainable development in islands and coastal areas and promote climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies.

Work plan
A new work plan for 2023 to 2027 is being finalised by the World Network of Island and Coastal Biosphere Reserves and we will link to it as soon as it is published.
