Their mission is to sustainably create positive value for all their stakeholders. Every action they take in this regard falls under their sustainability ethos, known as: ‘Conscious Capital’. Within the business, sustainability activities are driven forward by their Conscious Capital Forum, which draws its membership from various departments across the business and operates several initiatives from active travel, recycling, community partnerships to a larger initiative of supporting an orphanage in Tanzania through volunteer teams. The company has also committed to planting 25,000 trees across the Isle of Man and in South Africa by the end of 2025.
