The UN Climate Change Conference COP26 takes place in Glasgow in November 2021, bringing together world leaders to commit to urgent global climate action.

But each of us has a part to play in tackling the issue the Secretary-General of the United Nations describes as ‘code red for humanity’.

Under the banner #TogetherForOurPlanet, COP26 is highlighting the good work being done by individuals, schools, communities and businesses.

We know there is great work going on in our UNESCO Biosphere.

We are inviting our Biosphere Partners and our wider community to send us their ‘100-word stories’ about positive actions they are taking for our climate, together with photos, and we’ll showcase them on our social media channels during COP26.

Please send your stories to biosphere@gov.im marking your email ‘100-word stories’.
