Ramsey Crookall is reducing waste across its offices and events by cutting plastic use and encouraging reusable alternatives. Their major outdoor events now use reusable festival cups, with any unclaimed deposits donated to charity.

Staff from across the organisation have taken part in Sustainable Mann workshops to identify opportunities to improve sustainability within the business. The company has achieved Sustainable Mann certification and is committed to continuing its learning through future workshops and action planning.
Support and promote our cultural heritage
Ramsey Crookall supports a wide range of community initiatives that celebrate Manx heritage and culture. Their 2026 World Record Attempt for the largest Pilates class, held at the birthplace of Pilates at Knockaloe, was their biggest community project yet and showcased the Island's history, community, local businesses, charities, and UNESCO Biosphere status.
Make our environmental impact positive
The company has supported environmental projects through both funding and staff volunteering, particularly in partnership with Manx Wildlife Trust. This has included support for Manx Shearwater conservation and monitoring, and volunteer participation in native tree planting at Creg y Cowin.
