LEMA Logic is an Isle of Man based technology and AI consultancy built on a simple belief: People Come First. Always have. Always will.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Brian and Natalie Gallagher, and supported by a local team, LEMA Logic brings over 100 years of combined expertise in technology and operational delivery, with roots in Maryland, USA and a proud home on the Isle of Man. Before settling on the Island, the team spent decades working with universities, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and US federal government agencies, experience they now bring directly to the Manx community.

LEMA Logic believes that technology, used thoughtfully, is one of the most powerful tools available for building a more sustainable world. Their philosophy of using the least AI necessary reflects a deliberate approach to digital transformation: applying technology only where it genuinely reduces waste, inefficiency, and unnecessary effort. By helping organisations streamline operations and cut out redundant processes, they support a more sustainable local economy, one where human energy goes where it matters most.

As a founding partner of Digital Isle of Man's Activate AI programme, LEMA Logic has delivered over 150 hours of AI training and more than 20 proof-of-concepts across the Island, supporting local businesses, educators, and public sector organisations to work smarter. As a founding member of the Isle of Man AI Office's advisory group, they also play a central role in shaping the Island's strategic approach to artificial intelligence. They also founded the IOM AI Community of Practice, a collaborative space for the Island's professionals to engage with AI responsibly and ethically.
