Wherever possible Chef Andrea uses local Manx produce in her cookery masterclasses, demonstrations and edible gifts. Edible gifts are packaged using compostable, biodegradable and recyclable packaging. To reduce their carbon footprint they encourage customer collection from their Port St Mary premises.
Their aromatherapy / wellness candles and diffusers are manufactured to meet the latest UK / EU REACH regulations and use only 100% essential oils. The candles have eco wicks, clean burning soy wax and biodegradable labelling and are housed in reusable glass containers with recyclable packaging. Diffusers are fully compliant with CARB Regulations.
They have driven prior campaigns to reduce waste, promote recycling as well as educate and promote better practice.
